As founding partner and CEO of Shopper, Ed has extensive business development and commercial experience, driving growth in retail out of home and achieving industry recognition as the highest growth offline media company two years running. Prior to starting Shopper with business partner Ben Walker, Ed spent 14 years working in the out of home industry at oOh! Media in Australia and JCDecaux in the UK.
In recent years, Ed has been instrumental in driving close and collaborative partnerships with agencies and shopping centres, delivering audience and shopping centre data analytics, operational innovation and technology solutions for our clients and partners. Ed is a passionate advocate for retail out of home and his commitment to the leadership of the Shopper business and success of the category will ensure continued success for our people, our agencies, commercial partners and investors.
Jamie Hollebone, Chief Revenue Officer
Jamie Hollebone’s experience in media, sales and advertising management has spanned more than 20 years. As Head of Revenue, Jamie provides strategic leadership in sales and the creation of out of home campaigns for clients and agencies ensuring scale and efficiency whilst ensuring business outcomes for Shopper. Through his breadth and depth of relationships across the industry, Jamie propels his national team to deliver exceptional customer centric and value-based outcomes for our clients.
Prior to joining the leadership team, Jamie was the Media Director at Astus Australia and held the role of General Manager, Commercial at Parramatta National Rugby League Club.
Karissa Fletcher, Chief Marketing Officer
With a thirst for driving growth through brand building and a passion for connecting consumers with helpful communications, Karissa is delighted to be part of Shopper’s high growth retail media business.
Responsible for marketing and insights, Karissa has previously led brand, communications and strategy teams at Westpac, NRMA and IAG. Having worked in both B2C and B2B marketing roles in Sydney, Melbourne, New York and London, Karissa brings a wealth of knowledge and marketing strength to Shopper and its advertising and shopping centre partners.
Paul Rago, Chief Financial Officer
With 12 years’ experience in senior finance leadership positions in media, Paul's expertise in commercial accounting includes private equity investment and transition from a private to publicly listed company, along with managing day-to-day financial operations of the Shopper business
Matthew Adams, National Head of Trading
Matthew is a proven performer, with strong relationships built on his tireless results-driven approach. His role is key in driving growth through yield management of Shopper inventory of small and large-format screens, but most importantly, delivering efficiencies to our client partners, ensuring they get the best trading outcomes in retail out-of-home.
David Morgan, Chairman
David has more than 30 years’ experience in marketing and brand leadership and is the former Global Head of Brand Development, Samsung and Executive Director of Corporate Affairs & Marketing at Nestle. Other roles include CMO for Bankwest and Head of Marketing, Standard Chartered Bank. David is also the Principal of MacMorgan, consulting to several large Australian organisations.
James Warbuton, Non-Executive Director
James is Managing Director and CEO of Seven West Media Limited, previously Director and CEO of APN Outdoor where he led a significant transformation and turnaround at the company. Before his appointment to APN Outdoor, James was the CEO of Supercars for five years. James has also held senior leadership roles at media buying company Universal McCann, he was Chief Digital and Sales Officer of the Seven Media Group, and he was the Managing Director and CEO of Network 10.
Nick Miller, Non-Executive Director
Nick is a Partner at Fortitude, and previously served as an Investment Director at Blue Sky Private Equity and Sovereign Capital. He has worked in the investment arm of Babcock & Brown and advised on M&A at ABN AMRO after commencing his career as a civil engineer. Nick also serves on the Board of Orange Sky, a not-for-profit organisation.
Sam O’Connor, Non Executive Director
Sam is an Investment Director at Fortitude and has spent five years as an Investment Manager in Blue Sky’s Growth Capital division. Prior experience includes corporate finance and transaction advisory services at PwC where he was involved in mid-cap and large-cap buy and sell side transactions, including IPOs with a focus on energy, resources and consumer services.
